For your entertainment purposes only?
What has ‘for entertainment purposes only’ got in common with ‘smoking kills’?
Constantly reiterated, they both have no impact on the customer.
The purveyors of tobacco, a rich source of tax revenue for the same government that imposed the placing of that stricture on packets of cigarettes etc., have not suffered too much financially as a result. No more will the companies that own psychic phone lines see a drop in their takings, or the government its revenues. The people who are susceptible to fake psychic scams won’t be put off by that slogan either – in fact, it could even add to their desire to respond!
Entertainment? I’ll have some of that too!
So you see, it may not have been the overt intention of Europe to save the ‘vulnerable’ from themselves that they have projected. The hidden agenda could just have been to discredit the Spiritualist, Spiritist and spiritual movements now on the rise in the world. When it comes to Europe – and its old colonial network – the major player has to be the vested interest of extreme religious orthodoxy – and its modern counterpart… Then we have the ‘scientific’ sceptical (usually spelled by themselves ‘skeptic’) and downright atheist… these too are using the new trading regulations to harass the spiritual way of life.
One Trading Standards Office actually impugns the existence of angels. They told one victim of a disgruntled recipient of her services that she couldn’t claim to heal with angels as she couldn’t prove they exist! What price Christmas then?
Scientific experiment is the other option offered as a disclaimer for exponents of mediumship, that has been suggested for use in meetings where mediumship is practised, and this by one ‘religious’ organisation in particular. Apparently, this ‘old
and established’ group is rumoured to be encouraging people to join it as a protective measure…
In Lewisham Church there has been a notice that tells anyone looking for a reading that this is an experiment, and that results cannot be guaranteed – and it has never been a problem. But then no one serving on the platform of the church was ever expected to repeat that warning. The fact is, people vote with their feet. If you are unhappy with a reading – whether private or at a demonstration of clairvoyance or in a church service setting, you can absent yourself from the proceedings. If you have paid over any money, you can ask for it back – just like at Marks & Spencer’s – no questions asked. It never needed a European generated government edict. And it never required the repeal of the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951. It is suggested that both those announcements – ‘for entertainment purposes only’ and ‘this is a scientific experiment’ be spoken or written like the telegram to Hitler sent by a Jewish man during the War in Europe: ‘You were right. I am the lowest order of human life, and you are the highest.’ Now put in the question marks… You were right? I am the lowest order of human life and you are the highest? So, Jesus was a Jew too – say after me as He might have: ‘This is a scientific experiment?’
‘This is for entertainment purposes only?’
God bless you all -
Love Light and Truth.
